The privacy policy applies to the processing and protection of Users’ personal data in connection with the use of the website www.martynovsky.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, including its subpages, administered by Martynovsky Marta Augustyniak, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 11/18, 40-082 Katowice NIP: 638-168-64-10, e-mail: shop@martynovsky.com, phone: 660 311 749 (connection cost in accordance with the customer operator’s tariff).

The privacy policy contains the principles of collecting and using data about Users in force on the Website when Users place orders for products offered by Martynovsky.

1. RULES FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

  • In the case of registration and placing an order in the online store run by Martynovsky, the personal data collected in this way is used to set up a Customer Account, service and fulfill orders.

3. RULES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Providing personal data by Website Users is voluntary. Personal data of the Website users will be processed for related purposeswith registration in the Store, and in the case of granting the appropriate consent, for marketing our products and services and participation in the Newsletter service. In the case of purchase of goods, personal data will be processed for the proper implementation of the purchase and sale contract of our products, as well as their shipment, in the case of a Customer who uses electronic payments or a payment card in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to the selected entity servicing the above payments in the Online Store, directly implementing the Agreement concluded with the Customer for the Administrator, so only for the proper implementation of such an Agreement. Failure to provide personal data necessary to conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement results in the refusal to conclude a given contract.
  2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in the field of user registration on the Website, marketing of products and services and participation in the Newsletter service is consent, while in the case of purchasing goods, data processing is necessary to perform the contract.
  3. Personal data will be stored until the user withdraws his consent or up to 5 years from the moment the order is completed.
  4. We will transfer personal data to companies that support us in the field of ICT, legal and marketing activities for us, as well as those who deliver goods.
  5. Entities entrusted with the processing of personal data under a separate agreement are required to comply with the principles of confidentiality and security of personal data,in particular, not to disclose data to unauthorized persons, and to apply physical and technical security measures, adequate to the method of data processing.
  6. Users’ personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for purposes other than those described above.

4. USERS ‘RIGHTS

  1. The user has the right to request us to access his data, correct it, transfer it and delete it, as well as the right to limit data processing.
  2. In connection with the processing of personal data by us, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  3. Based on the Users’ personal data, we will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.
  4. The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data processed on the basis of the consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal.
  5. The user may at any time change the e-mail address (e-mail address) to which the newsletter is sent or resign from the service, the subject of which is the free delivery of newsletters, by clicking on the Newsletter link in the footer of each newsletter, entering his e-mail address in the appropriate field. -mail, and then selecting the “Unsubscribe” button.
